If you have an ABN, we get your business registered directly to that. If not, I’ll help you get one set up. We also register the domain name for your website. You’re now an official business!

 

Logo and branding

We get a few different logo designs and you can choose the one you prefer, or give us your own ideas as to what you’d like.

 

Business Cards

We will get 250 business cards printed with your details and logo, ready to start promoting the business.

 

Phase 2

Marketing Setup

Website

We will get a professional looking, high quality and SEO ready website up and running for you. We’ll go through a few draft stages and seek your input as to design and information.

 

Email

We’ll set up personalised email addresses on your domain and run them through a Gmail address. This is an easy way to manage multiple email addresses and stay professional.

 

Google Business Page

The map that comes up when you search for something on Google? You’ll get a place on that. This is particularly important for customer reviews, which we’ll discuss later.

 

Marketing Platforms

The way we market your business will be unique to you. Factors will include the industry you’re in, your geographical location, personal preferences, technological literacy etc.. Whatever the case may be, you can be assured it will be set up in a way to bring in customers.

Phase 3

Operations Setup

Equipment

Depending on the business you are looking to set up, we will generally be providing necessary equipment required to start taking on work. In a cleaning business for example, we’ll provide vacuum, mops, cloths, chemicals and everything else to get you up and running.

 

Accounting Setup

We are able to get you highly discounted rates on Quickbooks through our partners- a great option to make your bookkeeping really simple. Everything from sending an invoice to managing your taxes can be run through this platform. Setup is provided.

 

Training

All the training you’ll need to be successful in your business will be done here. We’ll provide manuals, tutorials and video instruction on aspects such as your bookkeeping software, marketing, operating the business, quoting jobs and practically everything else. Then we’ll book 2 calls to go through any questions on specifics you may have.

Phase 4

Time to Work!

This is where it all comes together.

Your business is fully set up and operational, ready to bring in work and make you some money.

 

Implement Marketing

The marketing we set up in phase 2 will be put to use. You’ll see how it works and how effective it is at bringing in clients. Once this setup is complete, our aim is to ensure you are confident and efficient at running all the marketing yourself, bringing in your own work without the need to spend any additional funds.

We’ll be running the marketing for you for 6-8 weeks, bringing in the work we guaranteed and likely much more.

 

Handover

From this point on, the business is entirely yours! No more fees to pay and plenty of upside potential going forward. You’ll be fully trained and qualified, with practical experience, in running your own business. You’ll be glad you didn’t fork out those big buck to buy a franchise.. those fees are yours to keep instead!

The total cost for this entire setup, including:
